Based on our much-loved and popular holiday camps, this extended day programme is designed to provide children with the perfect balance of structured activities and free play – just with even more time to explore, create and connect. Throughout the day, children will take part in a wide range of activities including arts and crafts, games, LEGO building, free play, mindfulness and movement sessions. This variety ensures that every child can find something they love, while also encouraging them to try new things, build confidence and develop important social skills. Our creative sessions inspire imagination and self-expression, while games and movement activities keep children active, energised and having fun. Dedicated mindfulness moments are gently woven into the day, helping children to relax, reset and build emotional awareness in a calm and supportive environment. The longer day means there's no rush – children have time to fully immerse themselves in activities, make new friends and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that feels both exciting and comfortable. A new kind of Holiday Club done in the Doodlebug Way ! Our Holiday Club promotes Creativity, Connection and Well-Being in same way as our Daily Arts & Crafts Clubs. We run from 9am-3pm and the mornings are spent creating a piece of artwork in our Masterclass. We break for lunch which the children …more bring along (no nut products please) and then we get crafty in afternoon with glue, glitter and giggles. There are different zones of play should the children need a break from creating and we often have a Doodlebug song and dance along the way ! less
